Midwifery Breastfeeding Services
One of Fletcher Allen's nurse-midwives will support and educate women as they begin their breastfeeding experience.
Marti Churchill is a board-certified Lactation Consultant offering lactation services to those women who have breastfeeding difficulties. Women who are planning to breastfeed for the first time or have had difficulties breastfeeding in the past are encouraged to attend our prenatal breastfeeding class and/or schedule a prenatal visit with us to discuss your individual needs.
A lactation visit can be scheduled if problems arise after breastfeeding has been initiated.
