Vermont's online organ donor registry, Donate Life Vermont provides information on the organ donation process in the state of Vermont, frequently asked questions about organ donation, and the ability to register online as an organ donor and be added to Vermont's official organ donation registry.

TransWeb
An nonprofit educational web site serving the world transplant community since 1994, TransWeb continues to achieve its mission: 1) To provide information about donation and transplantation to the general public in order to improve organ and tissue procurement efforts worldwide; 2) To provide transplant patients and families world wide with information specifically dealing with transplant-related issues and concerns.

Living Donors Online
Developed by the International Association of Living Organ Donors, Living Donors Online is an informational resource to learn about living kidney donation, being asked to donate, the donor evaluation and surgical process.

National Kidney Foundation
The National Kidney Foundation, a major voluntary nonprofit health organization, is dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney disease and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation.

United Network for Organ Sharing
United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) is a non-profit, scientific and educational organization that administers the nation's only Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN), established by the U.S. Congress in 1984. Through the OPTN, they collect and manage data about every transplant event occurring in the United States; facilitate the organ matching and placement process using UNOS-developed data technology and the UNOS Organ Center; and bring together medical professionals, transplant recipients and donor families to develop organ transplantation policy.

US Transplant Games
The U.S. Transplant Games provided a unique opportunity for transplant recipients to gather and share experiences, kindle friendships and celebrate their "ultimate second chance" at life while paying tribute to those who make it all possible – the donor families. The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) continues to organize this biennial Olympic-style event, which now includes 13 different sports competitions, and special programming for donor families and living donors.

Center for Donation and Transplant
The Center For Donation & Transplant is a non-profit organ procurement organization (OPO) dedicated to increasing organ and tissue donation. CDT coordinates the retrieval of donor organs and tissue at 47 hospitals throughout northeastern New York state and western Vermont.
