Referral Information for Transplant Surgery
The Transplant Surgery Service at Fletcher Allen provides services for both transplant and non-transplant patients in five primary areas:
- Kidney and kidney-pancreas transplants
- Evaluation of people with end-stage liver disease and coordination with programs that perform liver transplants
- The creation and maintenance of dialysis access in all dialysis patients covered by Fletcher Allen
- Liver surgery in patients with metastatic or primary liver tumors
- The promotion of organ donation throughout northern New England
