The practice includes 12 physicians and 5 RNs and 2 LPNs nurses and has nearly 30,000 patient visits per year. Our providers offer the full scope of primary care services for adults and adolescents from wellness visits to care for acute illness and injury.
We are a nationally certified patient-centered medical home, which means we use a team approach to work with you to prevent illness and keep you as healthy as possible.
