Fletcher Allen's Family Medicine Health Care Service operates six sites, Colchester Family Practice, Milton Family Practice, South Burlington Family Practice, Berlin Family Health, Hinesburg Family Health, and the Walk-In Care Center at the Fanny Allen Campus, employing over 40 family physicians, nurse-practitioners, physician assistants and mental health professionals at our sites.
We also provide department status and structure for the many family physicians in the community who have attending medical staff privileges at Fletcher Allen.

Berlin Family Health is located at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin. The Practice was established in 1976, joined Fletcher Allen Health Care in November 1997, and has grown to over 1900 visits per month. The five Board-Certified family physicians, a nurse practitioner, and a physician assistant provide a wide range of care to patients of all ages, including nursing home and home visits.
