Neuroradiology

Neuroradiology is the branch of radiology that deals with the nervous system. University of Vermont Medical Group providers at Fletcher Allen use many different methods to obtain images for the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the nervous system.

Imaging methods include Diagnostic X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT scan), Fluoroscopy, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound.

We currently perform the entire gamut of neurodiagnostic procedures, including high-field MRI, MR Spectroscopy and MR Angiography.
