Work in a progressive practice environment supported by unit based practice sites, multi-disciplinary care teams and a computerized information system, which allows the pharmacist to efficiently manage the clinical drug distribution needs of the patient. Participate in a variety of patient care activities including patient care rounds, formal consultations, drug management protocol, and patient education. An advanced clinical degree, residency training or 2-3 years clinical practice experience is preferred.
