The Palliative Care Program at Fletcher Allen features a comprehensive inpatient service and is staffed by providers who are specially trained to support the physical and psychological needs of patients and families facing the complex challenges of life-threatening or chronic illness.

- Pain and symptom management
- Identifying post-discharge support services
- Collaborative efforts with the Hospice of Champlain Valley, Vermont Respite House, other community health agencies
Pedatric Palliative Care & End of Life Services
