Slow Heart Rhythms

Bradycardia
An unnaturally slow heart rate – usually less than 60 times a minute at rest. A normal heart rate ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. Some people may have bradycardia without serious symptoms or complications. However, it can be a serious health problem if the heart doesn’t pump enough blood to the body and brain. Bradycardia results from a disruption in the heart’s normal electrical impulses that control the rate of pumping.
