21st Annual Fletcher Allen Golf Tournament to Benefit Vermont Children's Hospital

To Be Held Monday, July 12, 2010

Enjoy a rare opportunity to play one of the finest courses in Vermont, Burlington Country Club, and support a great cause – Vermont Children’s Hospital at Fletcher Allen.

Tournament Details

The tournament will feature two shotgun starts, at 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.  The 4-person scramble also includes several contests including several hole-in-one contests, a putting contest and the opportunity to have the pro from Sugarbush drive for your team on one hole.

At the end of the day, join us for the 19th Hole Cocktail Party, sponsored by Farrington Construction. Bid on great gift packages at the silent auction, enjoy live music and share your stories with other players from the day.

Last Year's Tournament Highlights

The tournament featured two shotgun starts, at 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.  The 4-person scramble was complemented by breakfast, lunch, and player gifts.  An enticing array of silent auction items awaited the crowd at the 19th hole cocktail reception, where live music was provided by The Miller Trio.

Birdies for Charity

In addition to the tournament, Burlington Country Club’s PGA Pros John Paul, Bryce Chaffee, Dave Burrell, and Kyle Martel will gather on Sunday, July 26 for the 3rd Annual Birdies for Charity event.  This event is open to the public and is an exciting opportunity to watch some of Vermont’s finest PGA pros tee off for a great cause - Vermont Children’s Hospital. The pros will spend the day on the course, trying their best to birdie as many holes as possible.  Your “Per Birdie Pledge” will directly benefit the children being treated at Vermont Children’s Hospital.  To pledge your support today, contact the Fletcher Allen Development Office at (802) 847-2887.
