Patient and Family Advocacy at Fletcher Allen strives to promote positive customer service, and assists patients and families with their concerns.

We serve as a liaison between health care providers and patients and families. The department serves as a resource for special requests, such as:

  • housing and lodging
  • meals
  • parking
  • any other individual needs
