Not able to take the stairs up to your 4th floor office?  Start with walking up one flight and then taking the elevator. Work your way up one flight at a time.  Before long, you’ll be walking all the way up.

Don't minimize these small action steps on your cardiovascular health and well-being. Taking the stairs does make a difference.
