Cycling for Health: A Patient's Point of View

This class will cover how you can take something as simple as riding a bike and make it an integral part of your commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Presented by a former Fletcher Allen patient and current elite cyclist, attendees will learn about his rehab experience, proper training for all cycling levels, and technical notes regarding the knee and knee joint rehabilitation.
