Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9 am - 5:30 pm, Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

Our staff offers free, personalized assistance to help you find information about medical conditions, learn healthier lifestyle habits, and make informed healthcare decisions. You can read, browse, and search health-related topics while you are here, and some of our services can be accessed by phone and email as well.

About the Frymoyer Center
As a patient, Nan Frymoyer realized the power and value of education to healing and recovery. Her vision and mission was to make this kind of information easily available to everyone in need and most particularly to patients and their families. As a result of the collaborative efforts of many people, the Frymoyer Community Health Resource Center was created to fulfill her vision.

Staff
The Frymoyer Community Health Resource Center is staffed with a Medical Librarian and Health Educator to help you through the health information maze. All of our services are free.
Kristine Buck, B.S.
Kristine majored in Community Health at the State University of New York at Potsdam. She is the Frymoyer Center's Health Educator.
Alan Lampson, M.L.S.
Alan has a Masters of Library Science degree from the State University of New York, University Center at Albany and he is the Coordinator of the Resource Center.
