I am writing this letter to let you know how much appreciation and respect I have for your staff at the Fletcher Allen Dermatology Health Center.
On September 24, 2012, I underwent MOHS surgery on the left side of my face. I am from the Syracuse, New York area and my doctor, Dr. Ibrahim Tangoren, recommended and coordinated the surgery for me with Dr. Glenn Goldman.
Not only was the surgery, so far, a great success, but I was treated with the utmost professional and respectful kindness and courtesy. I felt like I was treated as though I was a personal relative of the whole staff!
Dr. Goldman was awesome and so was his whole surgical team of professionals, especially Tanya Graham. She even made special arrangements to see me the next day before I left for home to make sure I was okay and safe for travel. Coming out of state and not knowing anyone – it sure made me feel at ease and helped relieve my stress level immensely!
My surgery was 100% successful, to date, and with minimal permanent damage to the skin on my face. I feel very blessed to have been afforded the best surgical care available anywhere and just needed to let you know of my appreciation.”
