08. Main Street Cafe Re-Opens at Medical Center Campus
New Offerings, Remodeled Space
About 400 employees attended an Open House celebrating the reopening of the Main Street Café on Friday, July 6.
Vendors at the event included Vermont Fresh Foods, Vermont Highland Cattle Company, Kimball Brook Farm, Yolo, Drew's salad dressing, Green Mountain Creamery and Vermont Butter & Cheese.
The menu of the newly remodeled Main Street Cafe includes a wider selection of healthier choices than previously available, including organic, whole grain, vegetarian and gluten-free foods as well as smaller portion options and fewer sweetened beverages.
