Healthsource: Introduction to Small-Batch Vegetable Fermentation

Care For Congo 5K

Join the Care For Congo 5K at St. Michael's College, Colchester

Want to help rebuild an entire nation in just one morning? Join two local non-profits in their mission to ship desperately needed medical supplies and equipment donated from Vermont hospitals to the Democratic Republic of Congo to aid women and children who are victims of sexual violence rebuild their lives. These valuable supplies are not only being diverted from our waste stream, but will provide aid for victimized women and children who would otherwise not have access to health care.

High school and college students: $15 (race day: $20)

Adults: $20 (race day $25)

Children under 12: $10

Run or walk this fun and scenic 5k through the woods at St. Michael's College. Check in starts at 8 am and race starts at 9 am. Please arrive no later than 8:30 for registration. Refreshments supplied at the finish and PRIZES for top male and female finishers!
