We would not be the first to say “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” and yet it is also one of the most frequently skipped meals.  It turns out that eating breakfast is not only just a good idea; there are many health benefits too.  Studies show that eating breakfast not only gets your brain and body ready for the day, it is also critical in helping you maintain a healthy weight.   While it is important to start your day with some nourishing food, these breakfast foods are good for you at other times of the day as well. Who says breakfast foods needs to be eaten at the beginning of the day?  This class will focus on the health benefits or breakfast foods, as well as explore the innovative use of these delicious foods at any time of the day.
