Healthsource: The Impact of Epilepsy on Families

The program will begin with a presentation by two parents who have a child who has epilepsy. A panel discussion will follow. The guests will include individuals living with epilepsy and parents of children and young adults. There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.

Healthsource: Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Caring for a family member or a loved one can be challenging. As a family caregiver, you may experience increased stress and often feel overwhelmed by the responsibilities. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week program designed to empower family caregivers of older adults to take better care for themselves. (Limit of 10 participants)

Having a WRAP plan can help you keep youself well and feel better in difficult times. Learn how to create a personalized pro-active plan that keeps you in control even when it seems like things are out of control.  If you experience anxiety, depression, grief, difficult relationshops,or substance abuse, you are not alone. Free.
