Healthsource: Balanced Movement For a Better Run

Whether you’re just starting out with a running program, or have thousands of miles logged, Dr. Wolsteholme will provide participants with some hands-on skills and strategies to prevent injury and keep you running your best. Come prepared for some movement! (Limit of 50 participants)

Having a WRAP plan can help you keep youself well and feel better in difficult times. Learn how to create a personalized pro-active plan that keeps you in control even when it seems like things are out of control.  If you experience anxiety, depression, grief, difficult relationshops,or substance abuse, you are not alone. Free.
