The Safety Team’s Women’s Self Defense Program teaches simple, powerful and effective personal protection strategies that are easy to understand and remember. Participants learn how to recognize predatory behavior before it becomes a threat, to diffuse it verbally, if possible, and to apply effective physical self-defense techniques, if necessary. Taught for women by women. All fitness levels welcome! No prior experience required!
Level 1 – Learn practical, powerful and effective responses to common attacks.
Level 2 – Review and practice additional responses to potential attacks including stance work, strikes and evasive moves.
