Healthsource: Understanding the Meat and Potatoes of Vegetarian Diets

Vegetarians can eat more than tofu and salad. Most people can benefit from eating a diet rich in plant foods. We’ll discuss the wide range of plant-based diets and impacts on health at this informative session. No need to commit to giving up steak and bacon to attend!

Healthier Living with Diabetes

If you or someone you know is living with diabetes, this free workshop is for you! Topics covered are healthy eating, glucose monitoring, physical activity, and medications. Class is once a week for six weeks.
