Steps to Wellness: Coping with Cancer Treatment's Over. Now What?Coping with Cancer Treatment’s Over. Now What? 6:00pm - 7:00pm Steps to Wellness is a medically based rehabilitation program that serves the unique needs of Cancer Survivors. The program includes a physical therapy evaluation, medical assessment, individualized exercise prescription, and education. There are multiple phases of rehabilitation based on your needs. You can receive individualized Oncology/Hematology rehabilitation services and recommendations for exercise at different stages through your cancer survivor journey. The lectures will take place at 62 Tilley Drive in S. Burlington in the Cardiac Rehab conference room from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Please enter the building via the second driveway on the right as you drive down Tilley Drive. The conference room is off the Rehabilitation Gym. Look for the Steps to Wellness signs.
