Healthsource: Evening Yoga

Join us for a class that improves your strength, flexibility, balance and posture. We’ll warm up with energizing breath work and Qigong moves, followed by practicing the correct alignment of many of the most popular foundational yoga poses. You’ll finish in relaxing savasana to the meditative sounds of live Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, allowing you to end your day in an inspired and unique way. (Limit of 22 participants)

Healthsource: The Impact of Epilepsy on FamiliesRegister Now
