Healthsource: How Palliative Care and Hospice Help You Live Better

Visiting Nurse Association professional staff will discuss the differences between palliative care and hospice and how both improve the quality of your life. Whether you are considering options, you have a loved one that may benefit or you just want to know more, your questions will be answered and the myths dispelled. Discussion includes choosing the right care for your needs, hearing about the differences, learning about the team that provides care and considering all of the settings where care may occur. Learn more to take control of serious illness.
