Board Meetings

As Chair of the Fletcher Allen Board of Trustees, I am committed to ensuring that the Fletcher Allen Board conducts business in an open, transparent and inclusive manner. Accordingly, the Board holds quarterly, full board meetings that include a public session, in which the public is given an opportunity for comment. All business that involves neither confidential nor proprietary information is conducted in the public sessions of these meetings.

During alternate quarters, the board holds more limited meetings that focus on board education and also include a public session.

The schedule of the Board's meetings is posted below. The Board encourages members of the public to attend the public sessions of its full board meetings or educational meetings and welcomes public comments about Fletcher Allen. Find out more about Fletcher Allen's commitment to openness.
