BURLINGTON, VT – The 25th Annual Fletcher Allen Golf Tournament to benefit Vermont Children’s Hospital raised $137,808 to support care for critically ill and injured children throughout the region. The event, held at Burlington Country Club, was co-sponsored by 37 organizations including Farrington Construction, WPTZ, and Vermont Mechanical.

“We are so grateful to all the people and partners who made the event such a success this year,” said Lewis First, MD chief of Pediatrics at Vermont Children’s Hospital. “These funds will stay right here in our region to help bring new programs, services and life-saving equipment to the critically injured and ill children who need our Vermont Children’s Hospital.”

The Fletcher Allen Health Care Foundation office would like to extend its thanks to all of the sponsors, players and volunteers who made this year’s event a tremendous success.
