Chief Quality Officer, Fletcher Allen
John Brumsted, M.D., is the Chief Quality Officer at Fletcher Allen and oversees the efforts of the James Jeffords Institute for Quality and Operational Effectiveness, working to continuously improve the quality and safety of patient care. He is also a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the UVM College of Medicine, and practices in the Women’s Health Care Service at Fletcher Allen.

Anna T. Noonan, a registered nurse with extensive experience in the area of performance improvement and health care administration, is currently the Vice President in the James M. Jeffords Institute for Quality & Operational Effectiveness at Fletcher Allen. Ms. Noonan has primary responsibility for leading the organizations clinical and operational performance improvement and analytical functions, patient advocacy, service excellence, infection prevention, patient safety and regulatory readiness.
