Anna T. Noonan, a registered nurse with extensive experience in the area of performance improvement and health care administration, is currently the Vice President in the James M. Jeffords Institute for Quality & Operational Effectiveness at Fletcher Allen.
Ms. Noonan has primary responsibility for leading the organizations clinical and operational performance improvement and analytical functions, patient advocacy, service excellence, infection prevention, patient safety and regulatory readiness.
