Free Care Program
Patient Financial Services (PFS) Customer Service department is available to help with your billing questions regarding institutional and professional healthcare services rendered at Fletcher Allen. PFS Customer Service staff assists patients with questions regarding billed charges, third-party billing to government and commercial insurance carriers, balances due from patients, payment arrangements, account changes or updates and requests for financial assistance through the Fletcher Allen Patient Assistance Program (PAP). We have two physical offices plus an email address and regular mail.
How to Reach Patient Financial Services (PFS) Customer Service:
- The Customer Service telephone lines are now open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- The Ambulatory Care Center office at the Medical Center Campus is now open from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday and will handle all of our walk in inquaries.
- The One Burlington Square office is open from 8:00am to 4:15pm each business day.
