At Fletcher Allen, the quality of care we provide is our highest priority.

Our James M. Jeffords Institute for Quality and Operational Effectiveness coordinates ongoing performance improvement activities throughout the organization to ensure we are providing the highest quality care in the safest possible manner.

Our Quality of Care Reports and our Hospital Report Card are two resources available to the public to learn about our performance and how our quality rankings compare to those of other hospitals and health care systems.

Quality of Care Reports

Hospital Report Card

This annual report ranks Fletcher Allen's performance on a number of national quality and financial measures. It also provides information on hospital governance, public participation in strategic planning and decision-making, Fletcher Allen's strategic initiatives, and activities and programs available to the public.
