Fletcher Allen's Flexible Spending Plan lets you choose the combination of benefits that best meet your personal and financial needs. Fletcher Allen currently pays the majority of the cost of your benefits. In addition, you have access to tax-advantaged plans to help you pay for health and dependent care expenses and to build up retirement savings for your future. Employee benefits are a valuable part of your total compensation.

Another valuable component of our total compensation program is Combined Time Off [CTO]. CTO is provided to eligible employees to allow for paid time away from the organization for scheduled and unscheduled absences throughout the year.
