The mission of Network Development is to promote and develop collaborative models for the delivery of patient care in the region through partnerships with area hospitals and referring providers.

	Peter Moses, M.D. Associate Vice President for Network Development Dr. Moses meets with Hospital Leaders and Providers throughout the region in an effort to coordinate clinical and administrative activities between Fletcher Allen and the greater community within Fletcher Allen's referral base. 	Art Levy, M.D. Director of Outreach Services Dr. Levy provides Cardiology outreach services to the North Country, working closely with Fletcher Allen's affiliate hospitals in northern New York: Alice Hyde Medical Center and Canton-Potsdam Hospital Contact: (802) 847-4098; Arthur.Levy@vtmednet.org

Network Development works closely with hospitals throughout Vermont and northern New York to identify areas where Fletcher Allen can provide services where needed and coordinate outreach programs that serve local communities.

Our department also serves as a single point of communication for providers in the region, and supports providers as efficiently and effectively as possible. The team is available to visit provider offices to discuss new programs, clinical services and opportunities for process improvements. The team also organizes meetings between Fletcher Allen providers and referring providers and identifies common interests and opportunities to work together.
