The mission of the Fletcher Allen Community Health Foundation is to be a catalyst for community health improvement.
The Fletcher Allen Community Health Foundation is an example of how working in partnership can greatly improve health outcomes throughout the communities we serve. The Foundation invests its funds in efforts and initiatives focusing on prevention and wellness.
